About Me
Joshua is an Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist with over 11 years of experience in environmental
and social impact assessment, health and safety risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and public
participation in impact assessment. Joshua works as a consultant where he coordinates a team of Environmental,
Health, and Safety Professionals in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and
preparing Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP) for undertakings in diverse sectors/industries
including oil and gas, fisheries, agriculture, transport, aviation, construction, manufacturing, mining, etc. as
well as conducting Safeguards Compliance Audits. He has a great wealth of experience consulting for projects
in Ghana in compliance with IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Environmental and Social Standards
(ESS), and the National EA Regulations (LI 1652). Joshua has undergone ISO 14001 Environmental
Management System training and is a Lead Implementer of ISO14001.
